I came by your website through a strange set of circumstances, which I will speak of later.  Meanwhile, I want to say that I was delighted to find you and your lovely marquetry work as well as to learn about your interesting past.
I have been doing wood marquetry professionally for the last 20 years, teaching workshops, making and selling videos, etc., and rarely have I run across anyone else doing serious marquetry work.  I know literally a handful making a living  from it—Silas Kopf, Karl Shumaker and a couple of others.  So, it's particularly pleasurable to see your work and know that you are ardently pursuing the career.  As you probably know by now, educating the public is a big part of the job.
